Barry Crawford, an experienced human resources manager based in Glasgow, established Frank HR in 2011. His vision was to set up a flexible, bespoke, cost-effective HR consultancy business that would act as a platform for promoting good HR in a simple and accessible way. At its core, the business supports individuals and organisations, allowing them to flourish and develop safely amongst a minefield of employment law legislations. Barry is not solely a consultant as he can also manage the HR function of your organisation on designated days as an HR Manager would be recruited for and is always interested in working for companies who do not have a designated HR staff member.
The ethos embedded at the heart of the business is the focus on people – on the human part of HR. Frank HR believes that good human resources should make organisations more successful and ultimately make people more effective in their work. HR should be at the centre of a positive, progressive and engaging work culture.
Currently Frank HR provides HR services to such companies as Graven Images – experts in interior design, graphic identity, branding and communication design; Spreng Thomson who have earned a strong reputation for its strategic communication work with the private, public and voluntary sectors.
